Inclusions - To provide you with
peace of mind, our pricing includes all anticipated charges. Therefore you will
not be charged a supplement for energy costs such as air-conditioning, for
weekly linen / towel change, weekly refresher clean, or departure cleaning. The
only additional cost is for the optional Pool Heating - this will be heated upon request
at a supplement of 125 Euros per week.
Payment Schedule - A deposit of
25% will be requested to secure your reservation at the time of booking, the
balance of 75% being due 12 weeks prior to arrival. Payment is accepted in Euros
or GBP, by cheque, bank transfer or various secure credit card options via
PayPal.
Security Deposit - A security deposit of 300 Euros will be required.
This is fully refundable upon confirmation from our manager post your departure
of no damage (normal wear and tear excepted), no pets, no smoking, and that all
Terms and Conditions of rental have been complied with.
Rental period - Rentals are generally
from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am. Alternative arrival days, short breaks and
long weekends are also available on request, allowing you to take advantage of
the off-peak value of the many low cost airlines flying into Alicante and
Valencia.
Terms and Conditions - Will be sent to you with your Booking Form, or upon
request in advance.
